KBA Management Group provides property management services in Lake and surrounding counties.

KBA Management Group charges a flat monthly fee for property management services, which can include tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, financial reporting, and more.

Association fees are based on the needs of the individual Association.

A community association entity contracted and directed by a Board of Directors to provide a variety of services including but not limited to collecting assessments, sub-contractor endeavors, financial advisement, statement/reports preparation and analysis, general maintenance and problem resolution, and property-related matters.

The Board of Directors manages the Association's affairs. This includes making all financial decisions including assessment increases, how and where money is spent, property, and owner architectural improvement.
